Car Pickup / Delivery
For Self-pick-up: you would find the pickup location in this booking page (or) Contact the Host for pickup location.
For door step delivery: The car would be delivered to your selected location by the Host.
Pay remaining payment
Pay at Pickup if have any pending payments Ex: Security deposit, Remaining rent amount, Delivery charge & etc.
Submit Security deposit
Original Driving License & Aadhar Card are Mandatory. A, [2-wheeler] B, [10K Security Deposit] (and choose any A or B) is to be deposit to host before pickup the vehicle. Same will be returned once vehicle is dropped.
Remember guest booking is for hurry bookings & save time. Once the booking done through the guest booking feature you can't cancel your booking. But if host has cancelled the booking made through guest booking feature, then no worry rent money will refund to your bank account.
First open Rentalogue.in / App
Click "My Account".
Select booking you want to cancel.
Click on cancel button.
Refund in your account in 5-7 bank business days.
(OR) Send Cancellation request to given email with attachment of screenshot of your booking payment.

Reason For Booking Cancelation:
Trip cancelled by the Customer: Enjoy Free Cancellations up to 12 hours before the pickup start. If the cancellation happens less than 12hours from pickup time, 50% of the booking fee will be charged as cancellation fee or token payment will be charge as cancellation fee. If
the cancellation happens post the pickup time, then the entire booking fee will be charged as cancellation fee.
Note:- Your Remaining balance (%) of money will be Refunds are processed automatically upon cancellation time. Your bank may take 5 to 7 Business working days to credit this amount to your account/card.
You will recharge the FASTag as per your usage for the booking. You can reach out to the Host and they'll provide you with the FASTag recharge details.
Login to your account.
Choose your car, select dates and click on verify my account.
On Car booking page find the verify account button.
Driver’s license: Upload driving license front & back page Indian or NRI.
Aadhar card: Upload Indian ID Aadhaar card front & back page.

A ride cannot commence until and unless required documents are submitted and verified. Security deposit as [Orginal Driving licence, Aaadhar card] & [Two Wheeler + RC (or) Blank Cheque] - Same will be returned once the vehicle is dropped. Cancellation policy will apply if proper documents are not submitted/uploaded for verification.
Please inspect & approve the car condition, odometer reading, fuel guage etc. Before you take the car.
Take care of the car as it's your own just like it is owned & cared for by the Hosts.
The Member shall be responsible for the costs related to the scratch, repair, recovery, and loss of use of any Rentalogue Supplier/Host vehicle.

Rentalogue does not take any responsibility for personel belongings left by you in the car. If you end up forgetting any belongings in the car, you may reach out to the host to retrieve it.
